About The Pickle House
The Pickle House was established at the beginning of 2014 by Florence Cherruault in Hackney, London. Having first been introduced to the idea of drinking pickle juice whilst in New York she wanted to create a recipe that was specifically made for cocktails and smoothies.
After many months crafting the recipe, we launched our first product: The Pickle House Original Pickle Juice.
With bartenders quickly getting onboard with our pickle juice, we began coming up with different alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails it could be used in. One everyone agreed on, was that it was the perfect addition to a Bloody Mary. And so came The Pickle House Spiced Tomato Mix.
As of 2019, Florence published her first recipe book, Pickle Juice, with over 50 easy-to-learn exciting cocktails and health drinks. The book has sold internationally, further launching pickle juice into the drinks market!
